i've come to the conclusion that the rules of this board needed to be rewritten. the old rules were just about generic roleplay things everyone would know, but even those rules needed to be redone because of my less-than-great writing skills then. in this rule post, i will include rp etiquette and board rules.

1 - DUPLICATES OF ROLEPLAYS ARE NOT PERMITTED! we cannot have 2 of basically the same roleplay be active at the same time. it can cause confusion and can possibly also cause one or both roleplays to flop, leaving the creator/s of said roleplay/s to be discouraged. exceptions include: making a new thread because the original is too large OR the previous rp with the same concepts has been inactive for over a month
2 - MAKE REASONABLE CHARACTERS! overpowered characters and of the like can ruin a roleplay for everyone. if you are having trouble working on a character for a roleplay, be sure to ask in the oc board!
3 - DO NOT REPLY TO AN OLD THREAD. if the thread you are looking at has not been replied to in over 30 days, please DO NOT post in it. If you are the creator of the roleplay, please message me and i can give you permission to revive your old thread.
4 - ART AND CHARACTER THEFT ARE A BANNABLE OFFENSE!! for the love of god, do NOT repost a design someone else made and slap it onto your character unless you paid/asked for that design yourself.
5 - HAVE FUN!! all CSAC forum rules apply to this thread. i may open up a board within PG-13 for roleplays that are meant for a more mature audience.
